Dennis LeStrange joined BlueCrest as Chief Executive Officer in June 2019. With over 20 years of senior executive management experience in the mail equipment and services industry, his expertise and results in product development, leveraging technology, software assets, and organization transformation are particularly valued as BlueCrest continues its transformative journey.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of BlueCrest, Dennis led Neopost’s Small and Mid-Sized Equipment ("SME") Division that manufactures physical mail hardware, and develops software for digital business communications management segments, including Business Process Automation and Customer Communication Management and Shipping software.
In addition, Dennis served as Neopost’s President and CEO for Neopost USA and COO of Neopost North America. Dennis’s prior roles include executive positions with IKON North America, A-Copy, and Savin Corporation.
Dennis has a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College, and he is chairman emeritus of the Advisory Board at Pennsylvania State University Great Valley—School of Graduate Professional Studies.

Prior to joining BlueCrest, Sesh was the Vice President of Global Operations at Rochester Sensors, where he led the transformation of manufacturing and supply chain in addition to overseeing operations across 5 global plants. Previously, Sesh was with Multi-Color Corporation, a Platinum Equity portfolio company, where he served as a Vice President of Transformation and oversaw their business transformation across North and Latin American regions.
Prior to his Private Equity operations stints, Sesh was with McKinsey & Company and served 30+ clients in the manufacturing and operations practice. Prior to McKinsey & Company, Sesh spent 11 years with Baker Hughes/GE Oil & Gas in a variety of roles across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Marketing.
Sesh holds an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Operations and Strategy. He also holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore and Texas A&M universities respectively. Sesh was born and raised in India and currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, son, and daughter (11 and 5 years). He enjoys being outdoors and tries to keep up with his hobby of building scale model airplanes.

Kim Andersen is the Executive Vice President, International for BlueCrest. In his role, Kim has responsibility for all international business, excluding North America, and to profitably grow BlueCrest’s market share globally. Kim joined BlueCrest in July 2019 and brings extensive executive experience in business solutions, software, and digital transformations. He is a professional leader with deep expertise in sales, marketing, P&L management, business planning, operations, and analytics.
Kim was previously Chief Solution Officer (Mail Related Solutions) at Neopost. Native to Denmark, Kim was previously the Managing Director and Partner of Scani A/S, a company he built and developed for sixteen years until it was sold to the Neopost Group in November 2009. Hereafter he was responsible for the establishment and expansion of the Neopost Group in the Nordics.
Since 2016 he also established a European region by re-designing 10 local European operations into four districts, overseeing OEM/export markets as well. Kim graduated from the executive management programs at Harvard University, HEC Paris, and INSEAD. Kim has a degree in Electronic & Communications Engineering from TEC Copenhagen. He is based in Denmark.

As Chief Marketing Officer for BlueCrest, Carl Amacker leads the marketing, product management, and software teams to drive demand and develop products that position BlueCrest as leader in both the hardware and software solution spaces.
Carl began his career in sales and marketing roles for various high-tech industries in California, both at computer hardware and application software companies. He later moved into the mail-related businesses at Neopost and FP where he held a variety of leadership roles in sales, marketing, product management, financial services, and general management.
Carl boasts a proven track record of analyzing customer needs and employee engagement feedback and translating them into crisp, clear strategies for growth. He has demonstrated experience transitioning businesses from hardware-only offerings to full solution providers.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. He has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1996.

Lance Arneson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BlueCrest. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance management of public and private companies, Lance’s experience is vital in leading the finance organization at BlueCrest.
As the leader of global finance, Lance is responsible for advancing the finance strategy and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve all business objectives. Specifically, Lance drives action and accountability across the finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions as well as propels critical company initiatives necessary for achieving operational excellence.
Lance began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services (audit) practice. Subsequent to PricewaterhouseCoopers, while at Cerberus and its affiliates, he worked on all aspects of the deal lifecycle from diligence to divestiture, including holding senior finance leadership positions at Rafaella Apparel and New Avon (private equity-owned Cerberus portfolio companies).
Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife Carissa along with three children reside on Long Island, NY. When not working or spending time with the family, Lance enjoys watching sports and outdoor physical activities.

Anjana has deep experience executing business transformation initiatives, including scaling operations for a fin-tech business, and managing a $4.3M transformation project for a leading restaurant parts distributor. She also executed several strategic initiatives for the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office.
Prior to that, Anjana held several leadership positions at GROUPON, was on the leadership team that revived the internal consulting practice at Chicago-based insurer CNA, and also spent 11 years in management consulting, including at Accenture, and in online travel where she focused on business transformation and technology enablement.
Anjana earned her B.A. from Indiana University, her M.A. from American University School of International Service, and her M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Chicago with her family and is an avid tennis player, cook, and baker.

Susan Gabrielsen is Senior Vice President, North American Sales for BlueCrest, responsible for driving sales strategy, planning, and execution across the complete BlueCrest technology and service portfolio targeting major banks, insurance providers, service bureaus, and a broad regional client base. Susan brings to her role extensive cross-industry experience, leadership, and high-performance sales management expertise.
Prior to joining BlueCrest, Susan held senior management roles at IBM and Cisco. At IBM, Susan was Global Vice President, Systems and Technology Group, and IBM Global Services. She also held multiple sales, services, and technical architect roles with the company.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science with Honors from Colgate University.

Darin Lonergan is Vice President, Sales Operations for BlueCrest, where he is responsible for all investments and functions essential to sales force effectiveness and productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and sales compensation design and administration.
Prior to joining BlueCrest, Darin held senior management roles at Frontier Communications and GE Capital. Darin brings more than 20 years of experience in Sales Operations to the position utilizing a Six Sigma discipline. He has a successful track record of increasing revenue and earnings and delivering optimal results in high-growth, competitive environments using change management principles and engaging cross-functional teams.
Darin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Subs Neogi is Chief Information Officer at BlueCrest and is responsible for streamlining and driving excellence throughout the company’s information systems globally while supporting our growth strategy. He will also lead and manage enhancements to Microsoft D365, along with improving utilization and productivity. He brings 30 years of information systems experience to the position with specialties in application life-cycle management, IT management, software development, organizational development, and strategic planning.
Previously, Subs was CIO at Telephonics, an advanced technology leader in surveillance, communications, analysis, and integration solutions. He has also held positions of increasing responsibility at FLSmidth & Co, Oman Information Technology, and Price Waterhouse in India.
Subs holds a Bachelor of Science from Delhi University, and a Master’s in Information Sciences from DeSales University.

Christopher is a senior leader with a strong background in mail and parcel processing automation. His experience with Quadient (formerly Neopost) in various leadership positions, was focused on software applications that automated processes in the mail package and digital transmission spaces. His career has been both US and International with a reputation for managing acquisitions and partnerships into cohesive business units yielding growth and profitability.
Christopher developed his skills by coming up the ranks of sales. He has a strong successful track record in direct sales, channel management, partner strategy, and then full P&L responsibilities from business from $50 million to $500 Million. Christopher is married to Susan and has four children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Tim Rodriguez is Senior Vice President of Global Services at BlueCrest. He is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers consistent and sustainable world-class services and solutions to its thousands of clients across the globe.
Tim began his career with Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility including Client Operations Manager, Director of Technology Service, Regional Account Manager, Area Operations Director, and Vice President of Western Operations. In 2013, Tim transitioned to Pitney Bowes Global Services (PBGS) where he held the positions of Western District Service Director and Western Area Senior Vice President.
Tim studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Aeronautical Engineering in Queens, New York.

As General Counsel of BlueCrest, Christopher Reid Smith is responsible for the overall legal guidance on global operations and strategies and leading a legal function that is responsive, efficient, and enhances the legal contracting process for clients.
Christopher brings to his current role more than 20 years of combined in-house and law firm practice, including more than a decade of in-house experience counseling executive management on international strategic and operational matters. He also has extensive experience with technology companies in areas such as Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software, and Cloud Computing.
Prior to joining BlueCrest, Christopher was Corporate Counsel at Crowd Computing Systems, Inc., a leading global robotic process automation and AI software company with operations in North America, EMEA, and APJ. Previously, Christopher was Deputy General Counsel for VCE Company, LLC of Marlborough, MA, a high-growth, industry-leading, converged infrastructure and cloud computing company.
Before VCE Company, Christopher was Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Republic Financial Corporation, where he also served as Corporate Counsel. His law firm experience includes positions as Counsel and Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP, and Litigation Associate at Cetrulo & Capone.
Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Trinity College, and his J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar (U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit), and the Colorado Bar.

John is an experienced senior leader with a demonstrated history of working in the retail logistics industry. He brings operations management, analytical skills, coaching, sales, and team-building skills to his role at BlueCrest.
John leverages his wealth of industry experience to grow our Parcel Automation Solutions business unit. He began his career in operations at Wal-Mart, held service management roles at Vanderlande and Jones Lang LaSalle, and then moved into a sales leadership role at DB Schenker. He most recently held a general management role at OTTO Motors, an autonomous mobile robot provider that Rockwell Automation recently acquired.
He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University.

Steve Varga, Chief Technology Officer, defines and executes a total solutions roadmap that expands our market-leading innovation and value to BlueCrest clients while driving the continued growth and success of the business on a global scale.
During his 35-plus-year career in technology businesses, Steve has held a number of executive and consulting positions with top companies, including United Technologies, Harley Davidson, and Raytheon. In addition, he has developed successful client and customer relationships with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, FedEx, Maytag, and L3 Technologies.
Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President of R&D for Testo, Inc. a global test and measurement design and manufacturing firm based in Germany. Steve has also served as Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Engineering & Operations at RF Technologies, Inc and Vice President of Engineering & Technology within United Technologies’ Climate, Controls, and Security Division.
Steve holds Electrical Engineering degrees from the New Hampshire Technical College, Raytheon Company’s continuing education program, and management training at the MIT Sloan School.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for BlueCrest, Mimi is responsible for driving transformation and developing the company’s Human Capital Strategy, including the development of innovative solutions designed to drive cultural evolution, talent acquisition, leadership development, retention, compensation, and benefits, all while ensuring that these strategies and programs support the organic and inorganic growth of BlueCrest.
Mimi brings to her role a wealth of HR and leadership experience and a proven track record of transforming businesses across a variety of industries for maximum growth potential. With 25+ years in Human Resources, Mimi has successfully held executive roles in financial services, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing. During her 15-year career at MasterCard, Mimi held a variety of HR leadership roles, including responsibility for creating the HR for M&A function from the “ground up”. As leader of the function, Mimi developed the HR for M&A practice and successfully led a global team through due diligence, offer, acquisition, and integration of multiple companies, growing the organization exponentially.
Mimi is a Board Member and Chair of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee at EverCare, a New York-based non-profit organization committed to the growth and development of community-based programs that keep those under its care safe and healthy in their own homes.
