Service technicians and engineers may come from various industries such as business machines, production printing, mail inserting or sorting equipment, or automotive.
The need is for strong troubleshooting and repair skills, mechanical, electromechanical, and diagnostic knowledge, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Often working directly on client sites, you would champion new processes, ensure production is maintained, and that the client is satisfied.
