Adare SEC in the UK becomes one of our first clients to benefit from the rapid response and cost-effective solutions emerging from the Liverpool Technology Centre.
Adare SEC is at the forefront of critical communications processing in the UK offering ‘optimised print and digital solutions for organisations sending critical customer communications in regulated sectors.’ As such, they recognise the need to keep their processing technology refreshed and in peak condition across its three sites.
Adare SEC’s recent acquisition from BlueCrest is a case in point - a fully reconditioned MPS enclosing line, which replaces two ageing platforms from an alternative market provider.

The machine is already up and running just a few weeks after Ben Haynes Director of Operations for Adare SEC, visited the BlueCrest Technology Centre in Liverpool to discuss and define the company’s requirements for secure and enhanced mail processing.
Ben stated, “The rationale for our investment was to replace two ageing inserters that required significant outlay to be serviced independently. This investment allows us to decommission those machines and add the MPS to the service and support we have in place for our existing BlueCrest EPICs at our Leicester facility.”
He continued, “The offer of a reconditioned machine from BlueCrest made our decision easy. The cost to service the old machines equated roughly to the cost of the competitively priced MPS over 3 years. As always, BlueCrest understood our production and financial requirements, and made the deal work. Of course, we enjoy an excellent relationship with BlueCrest and the UK team members and this also counts when making investments.”
